Program outreach coordinator

Full Time | Springfield, MO

Are you a driven person who loves meeting (and exceeding) goals? Do you enjoy talking with people and doing community outreach? Do you love pulling groups together or serving as host at a get-together? When you plan events, do you make sure the gathering is executed with excellence? Do you quickly problem-solve when things don’t go quite as planned? If community outreach and planning events are where you thrive, come join our team!

Leadership Springfield is hiring a Program Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and execution of our two-day Access Class program as well as custom programs. The main duties of this role will be outreach and recruiting, program preparation and implementation, and proactive communication with lots of different stakeholders.

This intern supports the Leadership Springfield team by assisting the Communications Director in creating content that aligns with our brand image and furthers our mission to inspire, develop, and connect leaders to serve the community. This includes helping with newsletter content, website updates, marketing materials, and other special projects as assigned. Leadership Events Internship

Part Time | Hybrid | Springfield, MO

The Leadership Events Intern supports the mission of Leadership Springfield by assisting the Director of Core Programs and Engagement, team members, and external partners to ensure excellent program delivery and participant satisfaction for the Rosie network, the Signature Class, the Academy Class, the Access Class, LeadSGF alumni programming, and other special projects as assigned.
