GiANT People-Drive Leadership Series
Leadership Springfield has partnered with the Missouri SBDC at Missouri State University to offer a brand-new leadership series for leaders looking to level up their skills and performance – the GiANT People-Driven Leadership Series!
Take stock of where you currently are as a leader, establish a baseline for where you need to grow, and take a look at your journey ahead. Gain clarity and familiarity with the importance of self-awareness. This series is executive coaching and a leadership masterclass combined into an amazing 3-days of professional development training. Using the executive coaching strategies provided and the 100X Leader Toolkit, you and your cohort will progress through three training sessions designed to help you multiply your leadership skills 100X!
Alumni Impact Series: Building Community
The Alumni Impact Series is a new way for LeadSGF alumni and the broader community to stay connected. Inspired by the energetic and knowledge-packed Signature Class program days, the Alumni Committee has created this new experience just for you! In just a few hours, you’ll gain relevant knowledge that translates into impact. Through abbreviated program day formats, these opportunities combine the ability to take a deep dive into one of Leadership Springfield’s Signature Class themes while learning how to contribute to and impact our community.
