Leadership Springfield is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All sponsors receive a donation receipt at the end of the year for tax purposes.

The Academy Class, a program modeled after the Signature Class, is open to juniors and seniors attending any Springfield, Nixa, Republic, Willard, Strafford, Rogersville, or Ozark public and private high schools as well as home school students who reside within these school districts. Students are selected annually to participate in this program at no cost to the students, families, or school districts.

SPRINGFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS (SPS) ACCESS CLASS
This unique learning opportunity for Springfield Public School teachers enhances community awareness, builds meaningful connections with other teachers and community networks, increases knowledge of community resources available to support SPS students and families, and provides information for future opportunities available to SPS students after graduation. ON-DEMAND PROGRAMMING
Demand has emerged for accessible virtual programming for leadership training and community engagement. The on-demand programming is an accessible program model delivered in real-time virtually through Zoom Live, including transcription and other efforts to remove barriers.
