Leadership Springfield is welcoming three community leaders to our Board of Directors at the start of the 2025-2026 program year.
The incoming members beginning their board service this month include:
- Haley Armstrong (Signature Class 48) – Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Partner at Guaranty Bank
- Mary Ling (Signature Class 35) – Director of People Services at Amprod, LLC
- Zion Spurgeon (Signature Class 47, Access Class 16) – Commercial Banking – VP at Arvest Bank
With the new year comes a new Board Executive Committee. Serving Leadership Springfield on the Board Executive Committee for 2025-2026 is President Brad Coy, Senior Corporate Category Manager in the Defense Industry, Past President Diana Tyndall, Owner of Modern Day Marketing, Vice President Jana Greig, Executive Vice President, Administration & Marketing at Brightli/Burrell Behavioral Health, Treasurer Gretchen Russell, Shareholder at KPM CPAs & Advisors, and Secretary Dr. Spencer Harris, President of Mostly Serious and Co-Founder of Habitat Communication & Culture.
We thank the outgoing board members for their leadership and dedication to the mission of LeadSGF! Board members who completed their board service in June include:
- Tim Baltes – Senior Compliance Manager at Bass Pro Shops
- Dr. Judith Martínez-García – Associate Professor at Missouri State University
- Sarah Sissel-Badillo – Director of Sales and Marketing at Element Springfield South
